Terms of Service

JapanTripCraft builds custom, day-by-day Japan itineraries. You fill out an intake form describing your trip. An AI writes a first draft from your answers. A local curator who lives in the region you are visiting reviews it, corrects it, and adds what only someone on the ground would know. We bring the result together into one plan and deliver it to you.

We are not a travel agency. We do not book flights, hotels, transport, tours, or reservations, and we do not handle payments for any of those. You book and pay for your own travel. What we sell is the plan: where to go, in what order, for how long, and why.

Your complete itinerary arrives within five business days of a completed intake submission.

One round of revisions is included with every itinerary. Tell your curator what is not working, for example too packed, the wrong neighbourhood, or a restaurant you have already been to, and they will update the plan.

Request your revision within 14 days of delivery. We return the revised plan within 5 business days. Additional revision rounds beyond the one included are $25 each.

If you cancel before any curator has started work on your itinerary, you get a full refund. If you cancel after curator work has begun but before delivery, we refund your payment minus the curator costs already incurred. Once your finished plan is delivered, it is not refundable, since it is a custom document you have already received.

Current launch pricing is $99 for a one-week itinerary and $199 for two weeks, as shown on the homepage.

Opening hours, seasonal closures, reservation requirements, and transport schedules change, sometimes on short notice. Your curator checks these where possible, but you are responsible for confirming anything time-sensitive, especially close to your travel dates, before relying on it.

Your itinerary is a plan, not a booking or a guarantee. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, pricing, or quality of any third-party restaurant, venue, transport provider, or accommodation named in it, or for losses arising from travel disruptions or from relying on a detail that changed after your plan was delivered without confirming it yourself.
